Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Crown Qavix. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our event services, including all casino-themed entertainment provided at corporate events, private celebrations, and team-building activities. By booking or attending an event, you agree to these terms. Our services are provided strictly for entertainment purposes and do not involve gambling, betting, or monetary winnings. These terms apply to all clients, event organizers, and participants.
Entertainment Only
Crown Qavix provides casino-themed entertainment exclusively for amusement. No real money is wagered, won, or lost at any event.
All games, including poker, roulette, and blackjack, are played with chips that have no cash value. No betting, deposits, or withdrawals are permitted. Events are designed to replicate the atmosphere of a casino without any gambling implications.
Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon written acceptance by Crown Qavix and receipt of any required deposit.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
- Deposit amounts and payment schedules are specified in the event proposal.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due prior to the event unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
Cancellation by Client
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply based on notice period.
- More than 60 days: 25% of total fee
- 30-60 days: 50% of total fee
- Less than 30 days: 100% of total fee
Client Responsibilities
Venue and Conduct
The client must provide a suitable venue and ensure all participants behave appropriately during the event.
- Venue must have adequate space and facilities for the agreed setup.
- Participants must follow instructions from Crown Qavix staff.
- Any damage caused by participants may be charged to the client.
Age Restrictions
All participants must be 18 years or older, as these events simulate casino environments. Crown Qavix may request age verification. The client is responsible for enforcing age restrictions.
Liability Disclaimer
Limitation of Liability
Crown Qavix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the event.
- Liability for direct damages is limited to the total fees paid for the event.
- Crown Qavix is not responsible for loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Force Majeure
Crown Qavix is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Examples include natural disasters, government actions, or venue unavailability. In such cases, Crown Qavix will work with the client to reschedule or provide a refund of fees paid minus non-recoverable costs.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of Materials
All event concepts, designs, and materials provided by Crown Qavix remain its intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce or use Crown Qavix branding without written permission. Photographs taken at events may be used by Crown Qavix for promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This applies regardless of the event location within the UK.
Changes to Terms
Updates
Crown Qavix may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
